Does Baxta have any charitable partners?

Yes! Baxta was founded not only to provide pet owners with a complete social network of fellow animal-lovers, but also to give back to those who need our support.

Baxta has a not-for-profit arm called Halo, which has a growing partnership with Wayside Chapel, a Sydney-based charity that provides help to people who are experiencing homelessness – and their pets too! Already, Halo has achieved some exciting initiatives with Wayside, including the installation of lockers with portable phone chargers for use by the homeless.

Importantly and close to our hearts, Baxta is also an official corporate supporter of the RSPCA, meaning we pledge funds to provide help and care for animals less fortunate than our much-loved pets.

We are also closely partnered with the Animal Welfare League NSW (AWL) – a registered charity that's provided expert care to surrendered, neglected and abandoned companion animals across the state for over 60 years. AWL believes that all companion animals in New South Wales deserve a safe and loving home, and strives to accomplish this through ongoing work in rehoming, education and discounted desexing.

It’s important to us that all of our Baxta Charitable Partners know they have the help and support of the growing Baxta community around them. These strong connections and this shared faith are what arm us to deliver the financial help and support our charity partners need.
