Someone has submitted an unfair review of my business, what can I do?

Baxta posts all user reviews, good or bad. 

However, if you feel a customer has submitted an unfair review of your business, we recommend posting a rebuttal to the review on your page that explains your side of the story. 

If you feel the reviewer has crossed the line, please email our team at help@baxtapets.com. 

Posts that use profanity or are otherwise inappropriate will be considered for removal on a case-by-case basis.
