I've filled out a form, but I can’t proceed. Why?

There are a few small things that could be getting in the way here. 

  • Make sure you fill out any items marked with an Asterix (*), 
  • Make sure you’ve dropped the zero (0) from your mobile phone number. For example, your mobile will be 472347859.
  • With a home phone number, make sure you've added the area code, minus the zero. For example, your home phone will be 264276789.
